This withdrawal fee is only applicable if you have withdrawn your exchange application after you have been placed with a host institution.

Only pay this fee if you have been instructed to do so by the Student Success Office.  If you have not contacted a Global Learning Coordinator in the Student Success Office about your withdrawal from an exchange term, please do so by sending an email to studyabroad@uwaterloo.ca. The hold on your student account will not be removed until this fee is paid.

Refund requests will not be considered for this fee.
