Deposit Payment and Deposit Refund Policy: The housing deposit is non-refundable and acts as an initial payment to secure a space in on-campus residence. If you cancel your application or residence contract, you will not receive a Deposit Refund.  (**Some exceptions regarding revoked or deferred students may apply, up to the discretion of University of Waterloo Campus Housing).  Additional information regarding Campus Housing policies is available in the Terms and Conditions, which are posted on the University of Waterloo Campus Housing website. It is the right and responsibility of the applicant to read the complete Campus Housing contract Terms and Conditions before making any payments.   If  you are using a credit card that is not issued to you, (i.e. my parent/grandparent/guardian’s or any other person’s) you confirm that it is with their knowledge and permission. Please ensure that you, (the cardholder and yourself) have read all information regarding the University of Waterloo Campus Housing refund policy. The cardholder and yourself are aware of the opportunity to read additional information regarding University of Waterloo Campus Housing policies in the Terms and Conditions posted on the University of Waterloo Campus Housing website.
