UW Fitness offers small group training sessions for University of Waterloo faculty and staff members. Under supervision from experienced and knowledgeable Certified Exercise Physiologists, classes are offered in a private, student free exercise facility. Small Group Personal Training
This 6-week program involves attending twice weekly, small group exercise classes that include a full body resistance training program and cardiovascular training component. UW Fitness staff will provide instruction, modification and supervision during each class to ensure appropriate progression throughout the program.
Specialized Fitness Programs
These once weekly "Learn To" and other specialized fitness classes are a great way to try out something new or add variety to your fitness routine. These 45 minute sessions offer an introduction to a variety of different exercise modalities and training techniques. Make sure to select the appropriate session length payment (4, 6, or 8 week) that matches the fitness class you have signed up for.
